CURRENT VACANCY
Position: Project officer at Voices of the World Our international nonprofit organization based in Brussels, runs various projects in education, media, research, and culture. We run national, European and international projects. We collaborate with various stakeholders to implement our projects. Job description: Project officer for Local, European, and International Project implementation in research, global education, and media Profile Ph.D. student or graduate preferably in Communications, EU studies, Social/human sciences, or a similar field. Strong research and writing proficiency in English Strong organizational and management abilities Fluent in English and Dutch ( at least B2 Dutch) Minimum two years of work experience Knowledge in EU affairs and enthusiastic to learn more Keen about global education Creative and curious in various fields to develop project proposals Excellent IT skills ( MS office, video making, graphics, Canva) Be able to manage social media communications Excellent social skills, flexible, and adaptable to meeting various cultures Previous international work experience Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy Be available to travel in Europe for projects Be flexible with working hours Available for immediate communication when necessary Be based in Brussels Passionate about changing the world What we Offer A part time position with very flexible work hours (first month trial period) Training on EU and international funding.
